Problem:
Customer service representatives need immediate training on a new process. The existing template for this type of training is a text-only Word document.
Solution:
Create an illustrated training alert with a bright, memorable design that alludes to the content of the alert.

The idea of housing, location, and the way they are connected became the conceptual theme for content that focused on collecting addresses. Each of two products used buildings and scenery to communicate a journey—first, from a rural community to a city, and later, from a city to a coastal town.

The design was constructed around the request for a single, long PDF. Assets were created to facilitate the addition of parallax at a later date.
